Vietnam’s largest metropolis has been innovative in providing public services and utilities and improving the operational efficiency of its administration. It has set up an information portal, an app, and a hotline to gather and respond to the public’s opinions and requests.

The city plans to continue strengthening digital government and promoting a digital economy and a digital society in order to turn itself into a smart city.
