Regional specialties introduced at cuisine festival in Ho Chi Minh City
(VOVWORLD) - 400 delicious dishes from three regions of Vietnam were featured at the Saigontourist Group Culinary Culture and Delicacies Festival 2024, which opened on Thursday in Ho Chi Minh City.

The festival has attracted culinary experts and brand representatives from 4- and 5-star hotels, resorts, and restaurants across the country.
It also includes tourism promotion activities, folk games, cultural exchanges, and art performances such as the monkey dance, southern amateur singing, and Quan Ho call and response singing.
“The festival is exciting. We have enjoyed the amateur singing and Quan Ho folk songs, as well as delicious dishes from different regions. There are lots of activities for visitors to take part in,” said visitor Hoang Phuong from Binh Duong province.
